How we handle your memories

This Privacy Policy explains how Your Love Letters Thailand collects, uses, stores, and deletes the personal information and photos you share with us, in line with the Thailand Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

Photos, letters, and memories are used only to build the personal keepsake you order. We do not publish them, sell them, or use them for advertising.

Each gift has a personal URL and QR code. These links are not publicly listed or indexed. Anyone who holds the link can view the gift, so share it only with the person you intend.

Photos and letters are kept while your gift is active and deleted when you request removal or when the gift is closed, within the timeframe set out in our operating procedures. Deletion timelines are a placeholder: [retention period to be confirmed].

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and withdraw consent where we rely on it. Contact us through the details in the Terms section below.

By ordering a gift, you confirm that you have the right to share the photos and content you provide and that the recipient is an adult. Packages, prices, and included features are described on the Packages page and may be updated; the version in effect at the time of your LINE order applies.
